Question: Who will receive these complaints once submitted?
Answer: This is sent securely and confidentially to the Police Captain and the Chief of Police.
Question: In fear of retaliation, can I fill out a complaint and remain anonymous?
Answer: Yes. In the fields that request your personal information, simply put "anonymous" there and your ticket will still be submitted.
Question: How long does it take to receive a response to my complaint once submitted?
Answer: If you did not fill out the complaint form anonymously, you will receive a response within 3 to 4 business days. This will allow time for the Police Captain and Chief of Police time to perform their own internal investigation to substantiate your complaint.
Question: How long does it take for the Police Captain and Chief of Police to receive my complaint?
Answer: Once you hit the "submit" button at the end of the form, please wait for the form to leave the screen. Once this has disappeared, your form has been electronically submitted "directly" to both the Police Captain and Chief of Police.
