Question: If I pay online, will I also need to show up for Court?
Answer: No. However, if the ticket dictates a mandatory court appearance you will still need to appear in Court.
Question: Can I pay with cash or credit card?
Answer: If you are paying online, you must use a credit card. If you are paying in person to the Clerk of Court (Tega Cay City Hall) or at Court you have the option to pay with cash, money order or credit card.
Question: Can I pay if I have lost my ticket?
Answer: You cannot pay online unless you have the requested ticket information. However, you can pay in person to the Clerk Of Court (Tega Cay City Hall) or in Court since your ticket can be pulled up based on the name, DOB and address.
Question: Can I pay the day before Court?
Answer: Yes, but remember if you have a mandatory Court appearance you still must come to Court.
