Question: Who receives these commendations?
Answer: This is sent securely and confidentially to the Police Captain and the Chief of Police.
Question: Can I fill out a commendation and remain anonymous?
Answer: Yes. In the fields that request your personal information, simply put "anonymous" there and your ticket will still be submitted.
Question: How long does it take to receive a response to my commendation once submitted?
Answer: If you did not fill out the commendation form anonymously, you will receive a response within 3 to 4 business days.
Question: How long does it take for the Police Captain and Chief of Police to receive my commendation?
Answer: Once you hit the "submit" button at the end of the form, please wait for the form to leave the screen. Once this has disappeared, your form has been submitted "directly" to both the Police Captain and Chief of Police.
